Products & Capabilities

MOQ(Minimum Orders)

100 pcs per design per color.

For relatively complex designs, the MOQ will be higher.

What products do you specialize in?

We specialize in streetwear essentials made with knitted fabrics—mainly T-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and tanks. The core materials we work with include jersey, rib, fleece, French terry, scuba (double knit), and mesh.

Do you make denim, activewear or puffer jackets?

No, we currently do not offer those categories.

However, we’re exploring new product lines and may expand into more categories in the near future.

Do you preshrink the garments?

Yes, all garments get washed before sending them your way.

What are the patterns on your website used for?

The Patterns Collection features  pre-developed patterns that we have created based on popular trends from top brands. You can use these directly as your design base for an easier production process.

By choosing these patterns, you can skip the need for a size chart and significantly reduce your product development time.

Are the fabrics on your website all the materials you can provide?

The Fabric Library showcases our main fabric collection. You can easily choose fabrics and colors through the digital fabric catalog (please be sure to note the fabric code and color number).

If you plan to use a specific fabric that isn’t displayed on our website, please contact us in advance. We may already have a similar fabric sourced, or we may need some time to find a high-quality alternative.

Can you customize fabrics?

For small-batch orders, we currently work with in-stock fabrics only.

For orders of 500 pieces or more per color per style, we offer custom dyeing of existing materials.

However, we do not offer full fabric customization from raw fiber to knitting or weaving.

Do you make print & embroidery?

Yes. JCEE offers a full range of advanced printing techniques—including DTG, DTF, puff print, and more—as well as all types of embroidery.

In addition, we provide a wide variety of on-trend craftsmanship to elevate your designs.

For details, please refer to our Craftsmanship Library.

Do you also do packing and labels?

Yes. We work closely with trusted partners to produce basic custom trims and packaging—such as neck labels, care labels, hangtags, and polybags.

For special materials or unique finishes, please consult with us in advance. Alternatively, you’re welcome to source them directly and have them shipped to us for production.

How do you handle leftover trims and packaging materials?

For regular customers, we store them long-term. For non-regular customers, we keep them for up to six months.

Do you offer design services?

We don’t create original designs for you—because that’s your vision, and you’re the designer. Think of us as your behind-the-scenes technical team.

Are my designs protected?

Yes, your designs are fully protected and won't get reproduced unless you ask us to. We take IP protection very seriously as this is the foundation of a trustworthy partnership. Additionally, you can choose to send us an NDA for signature.

How It Works

What do I need to get started?

To begin, you’ll need to provide a tech pack for your design.

A tech pack is the blueprint of your garment—it includes key details like measurements, construction, materials, and artwork placement. It’s essential for custom orders and ensures the factory knows exactly what to produce.

If you don’t have one yet, no worries—we offer free tech pack guidance to help you prepare it step by step.

What are the timeline for sampling and production?

Lead time can vary on quantities, project specs, and overall client production experience, but below the Average dates:

Sampling: 3-5 weeks

Bulk production: 4-6 weeks

Please note: lead time starts only after all production details are finalized—not from the date of payment.

With how much time should I plan my collection/garment drop?

Successfully launching a garment takes more than just production—it starts with design, sampling, revisions, and then bulk production.

Based on JCEE’s experience, we recommend starting your planning at least 4–6 months before your intended drop date. This gives you enough time for tech pack preparation, sampling rounds, and any necessary adjustments before going into production.

Can I make changes to the design after production has started?

For bulk orders, if there are essential changes needed during production, we’ll do our best to accommodate them. However, please note that such changes may result in additional time and costs.

Can you help with grading the sizes?

Yes, our pattern makers can assist with size grading based on your base size and measurement chart.

Is the sample cost deducted from the bulk order?

We do not deduct sample costs from bulk orders, as sampling is a separate service involving additional time and resources.

Can I skip a sample and go straight to bulk production?

Yes, you can. We will confirm the pre-production (PP) sample with you before starting bulk production.

Can I send my own samples for reference?

Yes, definitely! Sending us your samples really helps us match the fit and finish you're looking for.

Is there a discount for higher quantities?

Yes—larger orders get better pricing. The more units you order, the lower the cost per piece. Price breaks typically occur at quantities of 300, 500, and 1000 units.

What is the difference between the initial and final pricing for bulk production?

The initial price is estimated based on your confirmed order quantity.

The final price will be calculated based on the actual shipped quantity, and if you choose to use our logistics service, the shipping cost will also be included at that stage.

What are your payment terms?

Sample Orders: Full payment is required upfront.

Bulk Orders: A 70% deposit is required to start production. The balance must be paid before shipment, based on the final invoice.

Logistics Services: Full payment is required before shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

For bulk and sample orders, you must proceed with a bank transfer.

When I order 100 pcs, do I receive that exact quantity?

Since every piece is made to order and goes through strict quality control, there might occasionally be slight variations in the final delivered quantity. For example, a few pieces may not pass the final check, or extras may be produced as backup. For bulk orders, a delivery variation of up to ±10% is generally considered acceptable industry-wide.

Is there any tolerance in measurement I should consider when receiving my order?

Yes. When producing garments, we recommend allowing for a measurement tolerance of approximately ±1-2cm, as slight variations can naturally occur during cutting, sewing, and finishing—especially for knit fabrics.

Similarly, minor deviations may also occur in the size or placement of prints and embroideries, due to the nature of manual positioning and fabric behavior.

If these tolerances are not acceptable to you, please do not place the order.

About Shipping & Return

What are the delivery options for samples?

At JCEE, we use DHL as the default courier for sample shipments. Delivery to most global destinations typically takes 3–7 business days.

Alternatively, you may arrange shipment through your own freight forwarder.

What are the delivery options for bulk production?

For bulk production, we can assist with both sea freight and air freight via our partnered logistics providers.

Please feel free to contact us for estimated transit times.

You may also choose to use your own freight forwarder if preferred.

Who is responsible for the shipment once the goods are handed over to the carrier?

Once the goods are handed over to a third-party carrier, JCEE is no longer liable for any fees, losses, delays, or customs issues. All risks and responsibilities related to the shipment shall be borne by the customer.

Do you handle customs and duties?

We do not take responsibility for import taxes.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We can't accept returns and exchanged as all sales are final as garments are tailor-made just for you.

What if there’s a mistake with my order?

Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and send clear photos showing the issue. We will open a case and handle it in accordance with our internal review procedures.
